A complex Multi Brand Automobile Dealership System integrated with Sage ACCPAC ERP that includes PO, OE, Inventory, Accounting, Fixed Assets etc.

The system was developed to manage/follow up the processes of ordering, purchasing, importing, pricing, marketing, and selling of multiple brands of vehicles.

Starting from the detailed vehicle selection process such as (model, engine capacity, trim, color, options and accessories) which are selected from predefined international and local catalogues; ordering and purchasing; importing and receiving; pricing; managing marketing campaigns; presales, leads and opportunities; sales and sales contracts; vehicle preparation and delivery, customer care. The system caters for brands such as GMC, Cadillac , Hummer, Opel, Fiat, BMW, etc. New brands could be easily added.

The system can utilize Computer Telephony Interface ‘CTI’ with TAPI or XTAPI ready PABX’s and also SMS messaging.
